1. Return Period

Standard Products: Within 30 days of receipt
Customized/Final Sale Products: Returns are not accepted (e.g., signed figurines, custom painted items)
2. Return Requirements✅

Product must meet the following requirements:

Unopened and displayed, free of damage

Intact original packaging (including inner and outer boxes, protective film)

Comes with all certificates, special offers, and replacement accessories

Exception: Warranty coverage for quality issues
3. Return Process

① Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the product's condition
② Customer Service will review the return and provide a prepaid insured shipping label
③ Return the product securely in the original packaging and protective case

4. Refund Time

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment account.
5. Exchange Policy

Free exchange for the same item within 14 days of receipt (limited to sufficient stock). Please confirm availability with Customer Service.

6. Damaged/Wrong Item Handling

Please contact us immediately if you discover any of the following issues within 7 days of receipt:

3 or more detailed photos/unboxing video
Detailed description of the issue
If the issue is the shipper's fault, we will cover all return and exchange costs.
