2. Product Description

Figures and models are hand-painted and precision-made. Minor variations (such as paint color, accessory details, and material texture) are normal workmanship and are not considered defects.
Product images may vary slightly due to shooting lighting and monitor settings; please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability confirmation.
Pre-sale items will be shipped according to the date specified on the product page and cannot be canceled at will.
The billing address must match the address registered with your payment method.

4. Customization and Special Orders

Customization products (such as signed and specially painted editions) are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable except for quality issues.
Confirmation of the design draft constitutes acceptance of the final product.

5. Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy, as published separately, applies. We are not responsible for logistics or customs clearance delays.
6. Return and Exchange Policy

Unopened items and original packaging are acceptable for return within 14 days of receipt.
Exemptions include: unsealed display figures, custom-made items, clearance items, and items with coupon codes.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; a refund will be issued within 5 business days after quality inspection.
Damaged/wrong items: Contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo/video proof.
